Amir Qafeleh uses the information you choose to email us to respond to travel inquiries, discuss itineraries and communicate about requested services. For privacy questions, contact info@amirqafeleh.ir.
When you email our team, we use the information to answer your inquiry, plan requested services and follow up about that request. Your email provider handles the outgoing message under its own policies. We may need to share relevant details with service providers when arrangements are agreed; we will explain such requirements before confirmation.
Our website uses Vercel hosting and selected external photography sources. Hosting infrastructure and third-party resources may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs under their own policies.
You may contact us to ask about personal information shared in correspondence or request its correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. We review requests via our official email.
Security reminder: Please do not enter passport details, bank-card data, payment information or confidential identification documents in the itinerary builder or ordinary email inquiries. Separate secure arrangements will be explained when necessary.

- Information shown here is an invitation to inquire, not an offer of a confirmed booking.
- Suggested travel dates, hotel preferences and routes remain subject to feasibility, access and availability.
- Transfers, guides, accommodation and visits are provided only when specifically agreed in a written proposal.
- International flights and visa issuance are not included in the services currently described on this website.
- Final quotations, payment terms, cancellation rules and any additional conditions are provided separately before confirmation.
- Saudi Arabia journeys are currently announced as coming soon, without online booking or guaranteed availability.
